Commercial and Marketing Manager
36 hours per week, all year round contract
Fixed term contract for one year (contract may be extended)
Band 13, scps 34 - 38
£36,876 - £40,760 per annum (pay award pending)
Great Academies Education Trust believes that children and young people deserve outstanding schools to support them to raise and fulfil their ambitions. We are seeking a determined individual to drive the commercial agenda and raise the profile of the Trust.
The role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will collaborate with our passionate Academy Principals and committed Executive Team. We are seeking a Commercial and Marketing Manager who reflects our G.R.E.A.T. values and will strive to ensure we are well placed for growth.
The role will maximise internal and emerging external opportunities, including income generated from use of our estate through lettings; additional grant funding; and rationalisation of existing contracts and costs.
A vital outcome of this role is wider promotion of our brand and increased engagement with stakeholders, to drive positive pupil numbers and strengthen our community profile. You will be a strong communicator, both in person and in your ability to use online and offline communications.
