Helen Lister, Head of the Academy’s sixth form, was equally thrilled. She added: “I am so pleased for all of our students. 100% of the students can take up a university place if they so wish, with offers at many top universities. Our students have been amazing role models for the younger students, proving that if you want to do well and work hard enough, you can go on to study medicine, optometry, law, history, teaching, nursing, etc… Our personal approach to providing every student the support and challenge they require has ensured our students have been really successful including a good proportion achieving A*-B grades.
