Over 80% of Year 11 leavers achieved at least one A* to C equivalent qualification with a third of pupils achieving an A*/A grade. Progress figures for English and maths have both risen and A-C passes in the majority of subjects have improved with History and Geography pass rates above those nationally.
Headteacher Matt Jennings said: “We are pleased that the hard work of staff and pupils has paid off, particular for our more able pupils.”
Amongst those achieving several A/A* grades were Chelsea Byrom (10), Jessica Eckersley (10), Jade Mistry (12) and Laura Vincent (12). In year 10, pupils excelled in their English Literature examinations with 60% gaining A – C passes including Bethany viagra buy usa Dyke and Anisha Begum who achieved A grades in English Literature and Statistics.
